How much cheaper is Consumers Energy Natural Gas than Propane?

I currently have a propane furnace in my home, heating my house costs a fortune every month. I spent about 0 on propane for the month of January alone! The Consumers Energy natural gas line ends at my neighbor’s house and they are able to hook it up to my house for a fee.

Here are the specs on my house:
1200 sq ft ranch built in 2003
Full basement
energy efficient windows
Good (but not great) insulation

Does anybody have an idea how much cheaper the Natural Gas would be? Would the cost savings make up for the few thousand it will cost for me to hook up the natural gas?

fan on propane furnace turning on and off continualy?

i have a propane furnace, has been turned down for weeks now so it would not go on, today the blower started turning on and off continualy and I dont know why, tried turning off breaker but furnace area got quite warm, turned breaker back on and blower is still going on and off, never had this problem before and cant afford a service man, need help please, thanks

I have a nordyne propane furnace that wont light?

my propane furnace wont light. I tested the ignitor and it doesnt seem to have an open in the circuit but before i removed it i tested the voltage going to it. the box feeding power to the ignitor says it is a 24v ignitor but only putting out 15v to the ignitor. I searched the internet for the igniter and cant find a source for united technologies electronic controls. i dont know if it is a smart valve. The valve is a G ROBERTSHAW-GRAYSON.any help would be greatly appreciated

Can I use a Heat Controller Conquest 90 Gas Furnace, switch it to propane, and use it in a manufactured home?

Currently the Home has a 80% Efficient Coleman Propane Furnace. Can I swap it out and put in my Conquest 90? The home has no basement.

Can a propane furnace and paint create carbon monoxide?

the propane furnace is on, since its winter… I have been painting my kitchen cabinets with killz sealer due to a leak, and my eyes burn, it smels wierd, lilke burning paint…. I am worried about carbon monoxide…. help?
