How do I find the cost of natural gas in my area?

I live in Chattanooga, TN. How can I get an idea of how much natural gas will cost my family per month? We have never used natural gas and are building a house with a gas stove and fireplace.

I accidentally spilled water on my gas stove and it put the flames out. I forgot to shut the burner off for several hours (several of which I was in the kitchen). When I realized it, I aired out the house using fans blowing in everywhere except the kitchen which I had blowing out. Then I never thought about the pilot light until two days later. I could smell the gas all this time. What are the symptome of breathing too much natural gas?

burner pops on gas stove?

one burner on my sears gas stove pops 5-10 seconds after shutoff. Stove is running on propane. I believe conversion from natural gas to propane has been done correctly. all burners light properly
