Please dont answer if you dont know what you are talking about, you could KILL someone, literally. LP gas is ten times more dangerous that natural gas, and oh yeah in the qeustion both gases are the same.
LP Gas is Propane Gas sometimes it is called bottled gas as opposed to natural gas
LP gas is different than propane gas, you have to change the regulator to use different gas.

LP is propane, natural gas comes form the city lines
you can use them in the same burner but you have to change out the orifices in the gas regulator
