    So if i need both, how much is this going to cost me, i think i also need a special circuit to support the electric cooker.

    I was hoping just one tradesmen could have done both aspects of the job

      Gas Safety Regulations for new cookers?

      Hi,
      I’m currently in a council property and they are refusing to update my gas cooker point to a bayonet fitting.
      Is it true that all new cookers come with this fitting and is it a necessary upgrade or just an improvement?
      Is there anything in new safety guidelines about this?

      I was told by a gas fitter that my old connection is now obselite?
